This rebuilt Air Flow Meter comes in 2 different styles and we need to know which style you have. There is a 3 bolt and a 4 bolt. This refers to the number of bolts that are on the underside of the AFM and are used to fasten it to the mounting plate.
You must send us your old 3 bolt unit completely intact including the lid to get any or all of your core charge refunded.
Fits all L engine z’s from 70-83. Produces approx. 60 amps at 550 rpm, reaches peak of 125 amps at approx. 2300 rpm. No wiring mods are necessary. They bolt right onto your z or zx without mods. New ends do have to be put on the wires and they come with the alternator. Cars w/ external regulator, just unplug it and remove it, it’s that simple. Best units on the market today.
If we don’t already have a pulley in stock it takes about 2 weeks to get one back from the rebuilder. The 70-72 crank pulley has 5 timing knotches on the right side of the keyway. The 73 timing marks are on the left side. We only set the marks on the right side when rebuilding so for the 73 cars you’ll need to change the timing pointer. A 200.00 core charge will be added to your order at the time of checkout. Help us keep the core program alive. Cores are rare. Please return your cores to us immediately.

Each unit is fully rebuilt, recalibrated to original factory specs and tested. A 125.00 refundable core charge will be added to your total. Your core return must be the 4 bolt style and full intact with a good lid. For 3 bolt style see listing.
