This kit fits the 5 speed with the smooth finish on the tail shaft housing and it includes all 6 main bearings, roller bearing between the main shafts, front and rear seals, front gasket, 5 syncro rings, both stake nuts, o-ring and seal for speedometer pinion.
All mounting hardware is included with these units. They give you more adjustability vs. the stock mount on top.
The early 5 speed can be identified by the coarse matte texture on the tail shaft housing just like the B series 4 speed has. This transmission can be bolted into any z or zx from 70-83.
Will fit any Z or ZX 70-83 non turbo. We’re out of the 81 -83 zx 5 spd. transmissions. This sale does not include the shift tower, shift pin, bushings, Speedometer pinion gear, or any boot. The core charge will be added to your total at checkout. All transmissions are drained before they’re shipped.
