Shipping and Delivery

At Z Specialties, our focus on Customer Service includes getting the Z car parts you ordered to you as efficiently and safely as possible. We take special care of our Z car parts, and pack them well to make sure they arrive to you free of damage. All of our Z car part shipments are fully insurable and shipped in a traceable method. 

At this time, Z Specialties ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Z Specialties ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

With most orders, you will receive an email with your Tracking number on the day your order leaves our warehouse in Snohomish, Washington. General transit times are as follows: West Coast – 2-3 business days, Midwest – 3-4 business days, East Coast – 4-5 business days. (Transit times are calculated from the day your order leaves our warehouse.) Didn’t get a tracking number? No problem. Send us an email and we will get you your information.

Based on your shipping address and the Z parts ordered, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. For Domestic orders, the carriers that we may use include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). Larger and/or heavier orders may require freight delivery. 

Need your part for your Z car faster? Call of email us for expedited shipping options. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day options may be available for your order.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order is received. But, because our Z car parts line is so diverse, this time frame can vary. Check your Sales Order Confirmation email for specific time frame information for the Z parts that you ordered.

We understand that shipping charges are hard to swallow, believe us, we try very hard to keep them to a minimum. We calculate our shipping charges on the size, weight and price of the order so that we can make sure that every Z car part that leaves us is packed well and insured properly. And, if the part for your Z is extra large or heavy, your shopping cart will let you know that we need to custom quote your order.

Domestic orders will not ship delivery signature required unless you request. If this is a service that you are interested in, contact our us and we can make that happen (additional fee will be applied).

While we have great success with our shipping carriers, accidents do happen so if you have a problem with the condition your Z car parts arrived, let us know. Customer satisfaction is number one to us and we want to make sure you are happy with everything. So please, check your order when it arrives and call us within 7 days of getting it if something is not right.


Z Specialties ships worldwide and is happy to help International customers with their Z car parts.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Z Specialties is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

One other difference to note with International Orders, Z Specialties does not accept international credit cards for payment.  So you can pay for your order through either a Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal (by Verified PayPal members only).  Once we get your order finalized with the shipping, we will get you the information you need to submit payment for your parts.
